They also have VERY good customer service and aim to please. I've returned large items that we didn't like and since many of their items are specially made for them they keep track of your receipts so you don't have to. I can't compare to Sams or BJs b/c I haven't really shopped there.

I don't think anyone mentioned medications. Allergy medicine, Tylenol etc are very cheap and even prescription medications are cheaper there. I don't go for regular prescriptions as it's inconvenient for me but I've gone a couple time I needed to pay out of pocket since the price was much better.
