I don’t have exact measurements but I use matzo meal (I’d guess 1/3-1/2 cup for 2 pounds of meat) a big squirt of ketchup or bbq sauce, French fry salt and eggs (1 per pound).
Keep in mind that the more fat in the meat, the juicier the burgers will be (unless you adjust the recipe to accommodate). I use the cheapest ground beef in the store.
You can put additional bbq sauce on top when cooking (I usually do some & some because my family can’t agree)
