Will depend on your dress but a floor length could easily hide sneakers. Get a nicer white pair. Some wear heels through the chuppah and switch to sneakers after for dancing.

I didn't switch to sneakers but to comfortable flats. Not quite as comfy as sneakers but pretty comfy and I thought looked nicer. I never wear heels but my flats have a rubber sole and are more comfortable than my dressy low heeled shoes.

If you switch from high heels to flat what happens with the dress length. Isn’t it going to drag on the floor?

I switched from low heeled pumps to rubber soled "flats" which are an a comfy wedge so the difference between heights of the "heels" and the "flats" was less than an inch so the skirt did not drag on the floor.

Wore my regular comfortable Shabbos shoes. The main thing is that you keep tge heel heights the same if you change shoes. There is nothing worse than tripping on your gown or being unable to dance comfortably because now it's too long.

I've danced with many mother of the kallahs with their white sneakers sticking out.
I think its acceptable and people expect that you can't wear heels the whole time.
