Hi! My husband got shoulder steak for tomorrow night. I love cooking things I havent before. Any recipes?

I prepare it like a London broil. Spices and oil OR soy sauce/garlic/honey/Montreal seasoning OR however you would prepare a London broil. Just use less salt. It’s a saltier cut. And then broil on both sides.
