I have two blueberry muffin recipes, one is a regular one and one is a corn-blueberry muffin. They use either fresh or frozen blueberries. I'm not a fan of the canned pie fillings, they just seem like a bunch of sweet glop to me, with an aftertaste.

Clarissa, where can I find it?
I have two bags of frozen blueberries that I froze fresh in the summer.
Was just thinking this morning that blueberry muffins would be a treat for this week.

I (actually my dd)  just made the ones posted in the dessert section by moose. We did one 12 muffin cups with frozen whole blueberries, and the second one with frozen whole strawberries. Will let you know how it comes out.

I got the recipe; thanks so much. Will let you know how it tastes.(I hope it'll work. Every time I taste something by someone, then take the recipe, my thing flops. I am really bad at baking.)

My dd says they are scrumptious!!! Thanks for a great recipe. Btw, I put in one margarine, and 1/4 cup oil.
