Is there a ratio of how much lemon juice to how much water? Does the water need to be warm?
Does it have to be a fresh lemon or does bottled lemon juice work just as well?
Would it help for constipation? I'm suffering from this for the past 2 weeks since I began taking iron supplements.
Eta haha my color is coffee. Usually what I'd have in the morning but would be willing to try the lemon instead.

I do 3-4 cups warm water. And squeeze in a fresh lemon. Dont know abt constipation. Would love to know if anyone knows....pls chime in

Helps alkalize the body, but only if you drink it first thing in the morning and wait a bit before eating or drinking anything else. If you drink it after you had something to eat, it has the opposite effect; it will make you more acidic.

Had a cup this morning, used lemon juice from the bottle, and was able to use the bathroom soon after. I don't know if coffee would've had the same affect but it was a good relief. Gonna try it again tomorrow.
