Have you ever frozen chicken soup in the pot without transferring it into a container?
Wondering if it will come out good.

Defrosting and refreezing chicken soup continuously will make it lose its flavor

So long as it's not full to the brim (the soup needs room to expand when frozen) the pot and the soup will be fine. I guess if you don't need the pot for anything else and you have to room, go for it. I'd probably wrap it up with some plastic wrap once it's solid though, to keep air out.

I don't see where she mentioned doing this continuously.

There was a time where I used to make my chicken soup for Shabbos on, say, Tuesday night, and stick it in the freezer till Friday. I took it from the freezer and defrosted it and heated it up as is.
It was absolutely fine. Maybe the veggies were slightly mushier, but not tremendously. For short duration (just a few days) it was fine.

Are you asking about freezing chicken soup or freezing it in the pot?
Because freezing chicken soup is fine. It's your call if you want vegetables, etc. in the soup too. As far as the pot, if you don't need it and you have the freezer space sure, why not.
