I wanted to get my family used to spelt challas, I made it once and everyone hates it. My family all like regular white flour challa. Im the only person in my house eating spelt. Let me hear what others do or bake ? I always regret or feel some kind of guilt that im baking with white regular flour and how unhealthy that is . But I need to satisfy my children as well and make what they like . I wish I can convince them to stick to spelt . How would I?

I sometimes make whole wheat challah/Rolls and White challah. This way everyone can eat what they like best.
I cant force people to eat what they dont like.
