AIUI, the process is usually that fresh tuna is canned, then cooked (steamed) in the cans.
There has been discussion by kashrus experts as to whether the fact that the tuna is in a sealed can before cooking is adequate to declare it kosher, or whether it's been cooked by a non Jew and therefore is a problem.
This brand decided to make it explicit.
You may be able to contact them directly to ask about buying in bulk. Or ask the manager of the store where you got it if they'll order for you.

I am so excited to see this. It’s been a problem for me with many canned products.

Yes, OU-P is bishul yisroel and mashgiach temidi (as per their website a while ago). This tuna seems to be Bishul Yisroel, despite it NOT being kosher l'Pesach.
Unfortunately it is not Mashgiach Temidi.

Where is the best place to buy this, if I want 24 cans, or so?
