Hi does anyone have a recipe for house sauce type of sauce? The kind they have by burger and schnitzel stores.

Usually orangy.

It's a mix of mayo and ketchup with seasonings. Google fry sauce.

I worked in a fast food kosher restaurant. The "special sauce" that people went nuts over was Thousand Island dressing from the Sysco company. Aka, what ra_mom said.
