yesterday dd complainrd in school she had fever, was given tylonel but was not sent home. she came home fine. went to the dr and took double dose last night and now in the morning. Can I send her to school if she's on antibiotics if she had fever less than 24 hours ago?

I believe the official recommendation is to be fever free for 24 hours.
However, most people don't follow that.
If the school didn't feel the need to send her home yesterday and she doesn't have fever now or any other symptoms I would say send her.
