Family Secrets by Sarah Birnhack is my favorite Jewish novel.
After that Sarah Wiederblank is my favorite writer.
My criteria in liking Jewish novels is how similar are the characters to people I know or knew in real life.
I hate novels written with obvious agendas and underhanded efforts to convince me of something
