Is it worth coming in from Lakewood to the Gown Gmach in crown heights? Their insta has some lovely gowns. How is the pricing? How do alterations work?
Anything comparable in Lakewood?

Hi,
I’ve went to them years ago when they were just starting out with a small selection- they have since expanded.
They have a website
Gowngmach.com - maybe check out if there’s anything you like in your size - that would make it worth the trip.
Good luck!

Their couture gowns which are the ones being featured on their Instagram they charge about
$300 to rent out. Plus a cleaning fee and a refundable deposit
That being said I have rented more low key gowns from them 3 times for $100

The couture are are 350 plus 100 for cleaning I think. Otherwise, its 150 plus a refundable 50 deposit

Thanks! Not worth a trip in from Lakewood because they have rentals here at that price. This has been helpful so thank you
