If you’ve ever done salad for SM how much did each one cost you?

About $3.75
.50 for container, $1 for romaine, plus all the other components.

It depends a lot on the size of the salad, ingredients you are using and where you are getting them. You can get romaine lettuce in Costco for $4 that has 6 Romain hearts and probably enough for at least 12 bowls. You can also get craisins and nuts for a good price there. Aldi has a good price for seeds and nuts as well. You can get grape tomatoes on sale for $1, each container is probably enough for 4-6 salads. All together should be under $3 per salad.
