Preferably not pasta or fishy type like telapia.
Thank you!!
We're attempting to be healthy so no pasta and DH doesn't like fishy fish. Sometime salmon is OK.

Veggie quiche! We’re big fans of this one from the New York Times, but really you can use whatever veggies you’re into. Also works well crustless (grease the pie pan) if that’s your thing.

4 cups cottage cheese
2 lbs frozen chopped broccoli
6 beaten eggs
6 tbsp flour (feel free to use cornflour or potato starch instead)
1/2 lb grated cheese
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
pepper and garlic powder to taste
Defrost broccoli and drain. Add other ingredients. Mix well and pour into one greased 9 x 13 pan or 2 greased 9 inch pie plates.
Bake at 350 for one hour or until top is browned. Let sit for 10 minutes out of oven before slicing.
I frequently omit salt in recipes but this really needs it; or salt indiviuals portions before eating if someone is strictly no salt. Can be frozen but it never lasts that long around here.

Tilapia is not a fishy fish. Are you buying it frozen? Frozen fish is not good in my opinion.

Lasagna made with zucchini or eggplant instead of noodles
Lentils and rice
Teriyaki salmon with sweet potatoes and brown rice
Roasted veggies, farro, pesto
