Is there any way for me to remove stains (regular dirt) from off white grosgrain ribbon bow that’s on a shoe? Or is it a lost case?

It’s an off white bow that’s attached to a black patent shoe.

Make a mixture of OxiClean and a bit of boiling water in a small bowl. Scrub at the stains with a cleaning toothbrush. Use a clean wet rag to wipe away the Oxi residue.
