Should I be concerned with Coronavirus? I don’t have temperature. Just a runny nose and mucous type cough

No. Its "usually" dry.
It can also be a wet cough.
It can also come without any fever, with only stomach symptoms.
Etc etc
OP many pediatricians are doing over the phone prescribing and ask not to bring children in unless necessary

I learned one thing this week, the symptoms of coved19 vary tremendously!! One person will have a dry cough, another somewhat wet, another runny nose, and another no cough at all. I've proved this to myself through a few ppl I know that tested positive and they each had different symptoms. I myself had high fever for 2 days, yesterday I woke up without fever, today I have again. My body aches that I thought I'm dying from I don't have anymore though. Drs didn't wanna test me but I'm positive it was this. Dh had low grade fever for 1 1/2 days. If you don't feel well, just assume you have it.
