No.... I would call that self isolating. (Or even just social distancing)

No it's social distancing.
Quarantine is when you have no contact with anyone and even within your home you stay in one room to the extent possible with one person coming in to bring you food or whatever and that person being as scrupulous as possible with hygiene - I.e. washing hands, not wearing shoes outside the room etc. To the extent possible anything used by the person should be separate from rest of people living there - e.g. linens and clothing washed separately and disposable plates and cutlery used.

Curbside parking or delivery.
And why are we going a few times a week? Pesach shopping and regular shopping.

Not everyone has credit cards and savings. Some people can only spend what money they have when they have it. Oh a check came in great. let's go buy some eggs now.
Most of the people going out more than once a week are the ones that don't have the money to stock up and bunker in their homes.
