Shock, Confusion Amid Urgent Move-Out Order at NYC Student Housing Hit With COVID-19 Death

Students were told to move out and some left to other states. Some left all their supplies to be thrown away. Doesn’t that cause more spreading? They are not releasing names of dead or infected so no-one knows who else is infected- as in whose roommates or classmates etc.
should they mot have been in a lockdown?
