Cuomo is a hero for being on top of the situation yet he's blaming the Feds when he should be blaming himself.

That's hard. I'm sure that 2015 medical budget was being used to its fullest to help current medical needs. Without an active pandemic in living memory, its hard to prioritize purchasing for one.
And now, there's an international ventilator shortage. Netanyahu just convened a war room to get more, and is sending out the Mossad for more medical equipment. Cuomo doesn't have a chance.
