Ok here's the deal: I don't ever remember to say my brachos.
I remember to say the brachos on the first couple of things I eat in the morning but never remember to say a bracha acharona. And at night I do a cheshbon hanefesh and I remember how I didn't say any brachos rishona or acharona over anything that I had eaten the whole day. I'm not a stupid person, I daven and only think of Hashem everyday but in this one area I cannot focus.
To try to help me remember I put a bracha acharona chart up in my kitchen but ot blends in with the wall and whe I pass it I just never look at it.
I need help and I want suggestions on how to perfect this area.

Print up self-stick labels with specific bracha names like "haetz" 'hamotzee" and stick them on every fod container in the house. or just make up stickers that say "say a bracha now!" and put them on evry piece of fruit and food container. That shoud work for a week or two, after which thoe labels will also bcome invisible just like your bracha chart and you'll have to come up w/ s/t else.
you only think of hshem every day? Nothing else? not your job, your husband, what to make for supper? you need more than a bracha chart, then.

there is no such thing as perfect ...
we say brochos out loud - you hear it - other's can say amen ... you won't forget that you did it ...
get those bright kiddie laminated brochos charts - can't miss those
rishon is easier than acharon ...
