I'm looking for a cake, cookie or brownie using less sugar (maybe some sweet potato instead?) and less oil (maybe applesauce?). Anyone have anything like this?

I forget the recipe ... but avocado, cocoa & medjool dates can be whipped up into a mousse ... you can additionally make a crust out of ground almonds

If you appreciate bittersweet chocolate, you'd probably enjoy flourless brownies made with almond butter, cocoa and applesauce.
