We don't have a pesach oven this year.
Is there any dessert I can make on the stovetop? I really love homemade cake.
BONUS CHALLENGE: I don't have a mixer either.
NO ICE CREAM/SORBET please.

Do they still sell wonder pots?
They were designed to bake a cake on the stove. I've no idea if or where you could get them now.
How do you feel about compote?

You can make quinoa pudding (like rice pudding) on a stovetop or crockpot.
If you have a crockpot, you can put water on the bottom, put in a tightly covered cake pan with cake batter, and let it cook. I don't know for how long, though.
You can mix crumbled matzo, sugar or brown sugar, oil and make a kind of granola/crunch topping in a frying pan or skillet. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn. Cook fruits with a bit of sugar and cinn and top with the granola for deconstructed cobbler!
Melt chocolate and mix in nuts, dried fruit and maybe chunks of cookies you buy. Drop into small muffin tins or spread on a sheet of wax paper and then break into bark.
Google Crock Pot Pudding Cake or Stovetop Pudding Cake. These are cakes you make with a batter, and then you pour boiling water over them and cook (don't mix). It makes a gooey bottom and pudding-y top. You'd have to figure out subs for flour, though.

Fruit salad for dessert.
If you live in Israel or can get hold of the wonder pot/sir-pele, you can bake cakes. Sponge cakes should be good for that. charedi areas usually sell wonder-pots.

In Israel they still sell them, especially around Pesach time in charedi areas.

Can you get a toaster oven? I remember my mother making brownies in one, when I was really young, before self-cleaning ovens were widespread.
(my grandmother A"H used to make chocolate cake and sponge cake in a wonder pot. I have them but use them in the oven as a bundt pan.)
You can get a hand mixer for not very $$$ and a bowl for mixing. That's what I use for Pesach (and all year round when I don't feel like shlepping out my magic mill.)

ETA If you get a toaster oven, I have recipes for blondies and brownies that you can mix by hand in a bowl.

1) Crepes filled with fruit? Maybe add cocoa for chocolate crepes
2) Custard made on the stove top
3) Layer machine matzo with cream, pudding, fruit, whatever!
4) Smores!
5) make piecrust by squashing coconut macaroons
6) put a nut inside a date, if you like, roll in coconut
Have a sweet Yom Tov!
