What can I do (for Pesach, non gebrokts) with extra filling from "Meat Cigars" (its mashed potatoes and browned ground beef)?

Stuff zucchini or mushroom and tomato sauce
Make meatballs

If the mixture is still raw, form into logs and stick onto skewers. Bake and enjoy.

How much do you have? I would just eat it while cooking. Maybe that's why my skirts don't fit me anymore 🤷‍♀️
