My yummy cookies that I was supposed to bring to a Tzaddaka party tonight flopped. Does anyone have a quick and easy recipe that I can still do for tonight? Any treat or nosh recipe. Thank You.

How about peanut chews?
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
5 cups rice crispies.
Cook the first three, when melted add the crispies, put in cookie sheet, and then you could melt chocolate for the top. Either cut in square, diamonds, or round with a cookie cutter.

Everyone likes choc chip cookies. You can make one batch with chips, another with sprinkels on top, another with nuts, etc.
