Hummus salmon?

Has anyone done it? I have a lot of homemade hummus has anyone made salmon using hummus?
Please share. Thanks.

I once spread garlic hummus thinly over the salmon, then coated with panko breadcrumbs tossed with dijon, butter, garlic and thyme. Baked until done.
It does not use a lot of hummus, though, so if that's your goal it won't help much.
