I made a birthday cake for DS. Everyone loved it even though it had no chocolate in it whatsoever
I took Duncan Hines Butter Creme cake (it's parve), added water, eggs and Smart Balance (instead of butter). Then took two very ripe bananas and added to the batter as it was being mixed. Baked for 45 min at 375 in 9x13 pan (sprayed with PAM). Took 2 Rich's whip cartoons and whipped them, then added about 1/4-1/2 of the vanilla pudding mix. Once the cake cooled, I slice it in two layers and frosted. Decorated with edible letters. Not overly sweet, unbelievably moist and with great banana aroma!
Enjoy.
PS. So easy and quick!
