I came up with some stuff that I am going to be doing for myself:

Things I pushed off that I need to do:

Wear my retainers( I have a space in my teeth Banging head

Banging head

)
Put moisturizer on every night
Take care of a scar on my leg
Long hot shower to unwind

Oh and I have to be in bed before 1am
I've been going to sleep crazy late and I want to start improving on that
