I think Sharp Carousel. I bought a smaller one, but I'd go with them for a bigger one too. My parents have had one for at least a decade!

I really want this one because it would fit my corner space perfectly, but it's way too expensive for a countertop microwave. I've seen it on sale for much cheaper but only on weird sites that I'm worried are scams.
