Trying to eat healthier this week being that I put on a few lbs since quarantine started. Saw this recipe in the lakewood shopper and I made it. This is acting like the strongest laxative I ever took (beware!!) But it feels good to flush my system.
1 lg onion
1 potato
4 cloves garlic
3 zucchini
Oil for sauteing
2 lb broccoli cuts
Water to cover plus 2 cups
1 tbsp consume mix
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
Heat oil in large pot
Chop vegetables besides broccoli and saute for 10 mins
Add broccoli
Add water and spices. Cook 45 mins
Blend

I make something similar without parsley and consume. And I add chicken bones and chopped breast. One pot/one plate dinner for the kids.
And I substitute cauliflower for potato
