I am looking for a recipe for an edible cookie dough cheesecake. To serve in mason jars. Like the ones you can buy, I think the cookie dough is not baked. It is advertised as egg free and the flour is heated. So I see this company advertises edible cookie dough cheesecake and I want to make some. Anyone know how to do this?

I would take any choc. chip cookie recipe and leave out the eggs. You only need eggs if you plan on baking them.
