Not all stores sell fresh peas (not the flat sugar snap kind, the plump ones), even stores like Carnival usually dont have them.

I've seen Landaus in BP has had the past few weeks. Call and ask 718-633-0633.

Thanks. I called and they said they have peas for $3.99 a lb, thats expensive and the person on the phone didnt know if it was the regular size peas or the flat snow peas or sugar snap peas type.

That has been the price when I bought regular size peas in the pod, loose not prepackaged.
The only place I remember seeing peas for cheap is at Three Guys From Brooklyn. I haven't been there in years. Did you try calling them?
