Cooking in advance for Yom tov

Hey guys! I have a few questions...
1. Can you prepare lasagna in the fridge two days before baking it?
2 can you make cheese sauces and keep them in the fridge? Cheddar sauce, penne sauce, etc
3 how about preparing mini pizzas in the fridge two days before baking?
4 how long does pasta/noodles stay fresh in the fridge?
I think that’s all for now... any advice is helpful! Thanks!

1. I'd bake it now, leave in fridge and reheat on Yom Tov, stays well in the fridge (cheese can get extra crispy when reheated).
2. Sure just make sure that the cheese sauce doesn't "break".
3. Mini pizzas are generally better fresh.
4. Prepare fresh, strain, toss in a little bit of olive or canola oil and store in a ziplock bag or 2lb. container. Stays fresh for 2-3 days.
When re-heating, use a medium flame at first or bring to room temperature before using so you don't burn the pasta.

In my experience cheese sauces do not stay well in the fridge

Undercook the mini pizzas so when you heat them they don’t get undercooked

I think the lasagna would be fine, it might get mushy, I would undercook the noodles or if using no bake noodles make sure there is not a lot of extra liquid

I freeze my deli roll and defrost the morning of the meal. Once defrosted, I reheat it very loosely covered
