Greens and Pistachios Salad
adapted form an Italian cookbook
Salad:
Any kind of lettuce mixture
Tomatoes, sliced thinly
Handful pistachios - if it's too much for you to shell the pistachios, check out the Pistachio Brittle Crunch in the baking section
Dressing:
1 T vinegar, any
1 tsp mustard, any
1 tsp sugar
good sprinkle of Italian seasoning, or herbs to taste such as dill, parsley, garlic powder
Mix, serve and eat. Enjoy!
