My son (8 ys)woke up this afternoon with a Red face, looks like allergy but he did not eat anythign new or different.
what can it be?

I would give Benadril and see what happens. If it goes away shortly thereafter it was an allergy. And then for some thinking. Did u use a new laudry detergent on his linen? Does he remember what he ate in school on friday? and so on... Good Luck
