Is your question specifically about Israel or is it about staying in an Air BnB that might be "contaminated".
From what I have read Air BnB (the company) is certifying certain of their hosts who use specific very thorough cleaning techniques as well as leaving their rental properties vacant for 72 hours which theoretically is enough time for any viruses on surface areas to no longer be infectious.
While hosts are not required to do this, one can select a host who is participating in this program.

I know many Israelis have already started going to tzimmerim. I dont know if you consider that the same as airbnb though.
