We’re going to friends for shabbos (we’re in a state where it’s allowed.). I’m bringing a lot of the food, she likes the way I cook and asked me to bring a couple things. What should I give her as a gift for hosting us? She has a couple kids ages 10 and under....

If you are bringing a lot of food, a hostess gift isn't really necessary. You can always bring a puzzle or board game for the kids, though.

If you're bringing some food then a gift isn't necessary. You can do some flowers or something for the kids is perfect.

With you bringing food it isn't really necessary but if you really want you can buy
A game for the kids allowed on shabs
Small bouquet flowers
Chocolate arrangement
