Please list your yummy easy ideas that get you out of your kitchen fast!!! Aside from the fact that I'm drained from the daily corona schedule, I'm so not in the mood to cook for hours, but I want to make good dinners!!!
Please include recipes that are easy and fun for the hot summer days, but still provide your family with a filling and nutritious meal.

Grilled chicken and salad. Just marinate chicken breast and cook grill on a grill pan. Super fast and so good.

Throw something in the crockpot in the morning

I second the grill pan

Breakfast for dinner

sheet pan dinners (a protein- fish chicken or steak with vegetables like potatoes, broccoli, Cauliflower ect.)

Salads are cool and refreshing. Top with quick grilled proteins, sliced on the diagonal.

Grill burgers and serve in buns with sliced vegetables.

Lay out baby potatoes, green beans and salmon on a cookie sheet and roast quickly.

Buy pizza dough, roll out, sauce, cheese & bake.

Avocado tomoato salad topped with quartered hardboiled eggs. Serve with pita.

I have one for broccoli and chicken Lomein that was in the whisk a few years ago. I Don’t know how to upload an image but can try to type it out soon.
Another simple dinner is one pan dinners like chicken, rice and veggies. It comes out really yummy and super simple to make.

This sounds good, I'm going to try it tomorrow. I was going to do chicken mango skewers over rice, but this sounds easier.

Grill chicken that was cut into bite sized pieces and marinated in a little oil and schwarma seasoning.

Serve with pitas or wraps, and assorted fillings.
