Only 1 place that just started delivering, afaik - Torah Temima. Don't know if they are still accepting requests for delivery, but they also have in person distributions weekly.
Shaarei Torah on Coney island betw M and N has boxes twice a week.
Orot Sarah on N and e 12 has boxes once a week.
Need to register for all of them.
