With NO fruit! Have yet to find a great one...
Preferably a recipe with cinnamon
And parve

Cook a package of medium noodles with a little salt.
In mixing bowl beat 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 c. oil, 2 tsp. vanilla. Add cooked noodles.
Pour into 9 x 13. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 about 1 hour.
(I add one large grated apple, but that is optional)

Medium width Egg Noodles, 12 oz. package.
Here is another recipe that for: Mock Yerushalmi Kugel:
Bring 4.5 cups water to boil in 4 qt. pot.
Add:
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp - 1/2 tsp pepper
Turn off fire. Add 1 pkg (12 oz) THIN Noodles, UNCOOKED. Beat 3 eggs separately and add to pot.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan (pyrex is best) and bake at 350 for about one hour.

I use noodles that says on package 'special for Kugel'
Tho I love My Kugel, my recipe doesn't call for cinnamon.
