I just found out that my workplace is still not opening - at least till Septmeber, so I will be home with my baby this summber. What can I do together with him? ( hes 18 month old) I was thinking to babysit one or two other kids along with him, as I love kids, but I'm guessing it is to late to find anyone now for the summer.... Any fun places to go that are opened? Is there any place I can volunteer with him? Any mommy and me type of groups? (I know I can just clean and organize my house, but I need something more then that...)

I'm in the same boat.
Can you make him a little pool somewhere?
Local park, sprinkler
Take him for pizza once in a while
Meet up with friends on the street and let the baby ride a bike
Go for nature walks (take lotsa pics!)
Do simple crafts like create a decorated album with pictures of him and his family
Create a touch and feel book
Play doh
Baths
Cook dinner together
Read books together, very important for language development
Etc etc
