it was $35 for my 5 yr old.

Sara Lobel does amazing updos (and just has golden hands, and does the most amazing creations with hair altogether) and is not very expensive. I don't know exactly how much because it's been a few years, but I remember that she was comparatively very reasonable.

I did a little research before using her. $35 is really standard on the cheaper end. you might possibly find someone for $30 (I couldn't find) but less than that means you're using someone who might likely not know what they're doing or someone that's only been in business for few weeks.

Ok thank you. I have two girls. I didnt think I would spend so much just to get their hair done!

Buy a $15 headband. Wash their hair and put in a drop of product. Put headband in and spray. Cheap and easy

Often you can find teen girls in the neighborhood who can do really nice job for $15.
And don’t believe everyone that you have to pay top dollar to get a good job. I recently had my makeup done for a simcha and instead of paying $100 I paid like $40 and she did an amazing job. And because she was new I think she did even a better job and put in more effort.
