Scranton fits a lot of what you want. A 400k house is a mansion here.
Elementary schools are mixed, but do separate for hebrew as of 4th grade and English as of 7th

would you call the boys highschool in Scranton MO/JPF though? I could be wrong but it sounds like OP wants someplace where she could keep her boys local...

Baltimore checks all of your boxes except for the saving money box. Expect your cost of living to go up significantly from the N.Y. area. And OOT schools are usually more expensive not less

No. Its Lakewood yeshivish. I said scranton fits a lot, not all 😉

beth shalom is a shul in scranton that is conected or has a new modern othodox school
nay aug park is great
ohev tzedek rabbi is yehuda itkin call him for more info

The new mo school is called beth shalom academy and is located in the shul. Downstairs.
Rabbi Itkin is the chabad Rabbi here. If someone wants chabad info, its worth calling him. He is not the one to call for yeshivish, litvish, or MO. He is not a travel agent and calling him for places to stay will not be helpful. I don't understand why you (and/or another amother) keeps telling people to call him!?! (And by the way, his name may be Yehuda, but he is known as Reb Leibel.)
