I really want to make as authentic as possible. So I have puff pastry and cheese what do I add zaatar? Can anyone advise me please?

I never heard of putting zaatar on cheese burekas. You just brush egg on top and then put sesame seeds. Use the pre-toasted sesame seeds if you have them. Make cheese burekas triangle shaped so people know they’re cheese. Yum!
