Jacobs. It’s a European brand (I think Belgian) and DH and BIL, both coffee snobs, swear by it.

Tryinghard I'm so glad you posted this! I had that coffee when I was in Israel years ago and could not for the life of me remember the brand. Now I see I can buy it on Amazon yay!!

I don't drink coffee, but DH says the temperature of the water makes a huge difference. So having a shabbos urn that keeps the water very hot is essential in our house.

What Linen said-
For the people who like Via-
It's not as simple to make a Via coffee on Shabbos as it is to use regular instant coffee. You might be told to use a kli shlishi or make some other adjusments. (I think because Via isn't already mevushal the way instant coffee is.) Ask your LOR but make sure he knows it's not ordinary instant coffee.
