My dr has forbidden me to fast on tisha bav. ( I didn’t ask him, he told me during my last appointment). Do I still have to ask a rav?

You should probably ask a Rav if you should be eating normally vs shiurim.

I'm not a rav but if you're in EY, haven't had Covid yet, or having any symptoms, you probably aren't allowed to fast.
If you feel better doing so, run it by your rav. You're likely to just get reassurance that not fasting is your avodah this year.
