The governor has stated that all schools in NJ must provide a remote learning option to kids whose parents are not yet comfortable sending to in person classes. He even said no documentation of high risk is necessary.
Does anyone know if this legally applies to yeshivas? Our school is not doing this and I am not sure what to do.
