Bathing suit ques

I just ordered a few bathing suits online to try.

So the ones that have the white padding for the bra on the outside are fine.
Some of them have the padding inside the fabric and those “bras” bunched up when I was wearing them.

Are only the ones with the outside padding good? Or am I not wearing them right?
