Ami had a recipe for liver in the oven. I made it was delicious. I put away the recipe and can't find it now. Does anybody have it and can post it plz?

3-4 onions diced
2 (9oz or 250 gram) pkg liver pieces chopped into smaller chunks
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 tbs oil
Preheat over to 425F
Combine diced onions, liver, sugar, spices & oil in a 9x13 or round 10" pan and toss to coat well
Cover & cook for 45-60 mins. depending on how well done you enjoy your liver
Original recipe calls for way more sugar but I cut down on it with similar results.
