For glass top stove
I want to be able to get beautiful grill marks
But I’m afraid of using cast iron that it might crack the glass because it gets so hot
Maybe it’s not true and I’m making this up
I heard that non stick won’t give me those beautiful grill marks

Ikea has a good inexpensive one. It has a foldable handle so it's easier to store.
It's cheaper at Ikea. But convenient and free shipping from Amazon.

I get grill marks and some of that nice charred taste when I use it. Not worth it to spend a lot on a grill pan that is nonstick, since the coating doesn't last long. (Though I'm careful about how I scrub it and it's lasting really well.)

Any one else have recommendations
It would be nice if it’s oven proof
Maybe I’m asking too much

I have a round Calphalon. They do grill pans well.
